How to apply for an Australian Tourist Visa Online: A guide for Filipinos

Back in September, my sister in Australia told me over Viber that she’s considering asking our mother to spend New Year’s with them again in Melbourne, and asked me if I am willing to accompany our mother to Australia. Of course, I am!

I’ve heard from friends and read in the comments section of my previous visa application guides that Philippine passport holders can now apply for an Australian tourist visa online. Since I do not like the stress that Manila traffic brings, and I do like doing business online, this was very appealing to me.

Required Readings

Create an ImmiAccount

The first step in applying for an Australian tourist visa online is to create an ImmiAccount. To create an account, you will need a valid email address. Make sure that you type in your email address correctly, and that you use an email address you regularly check. The embassy will be communicating with you using this address, so make sure that you check this email address often.

Application Form

Once you have created an account, you can start an application. This is basically the online, fillable version of Form 1419, so there is no need for you to download the form, fill it out, and upload it.

You can start filling out the application form, even if you have not completed compiling your documents yet. Make sure that the information you put in the application form are the same as the information in the supporting documents that you are submitting.

If you have filled out the form, but are not ready to submit yet, click on the Save button. This saves your answers in their database, and once you log back in, you can see your application, check the entries, and make edits.

Once you are ready to submit your application and upload your supporting documents, click on Submit.

Application Fee

When you submit your application form, you will be prompted to pay the Australian tourist visa application fee. For online applications, the only way to pay is through credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, or access to a credit card, I read that you can use prepaid debit cards.

Your card will be charged AU$135 + credit card surcharge fee. Based on BPI’s foreign exchange rate at the time, I paid Php 4,547.26. If you are applying via courier or VFS, the fixed visa fee is Php 4,900, and you would still have to pay for the VFS fee, courier fee, and the fee for the manager’s check.

Supporting Documents

I made sure that all of my supporting documents are complete before I submitted my application and paid the fee. I created my ImmiAccount and filled out the form on September 20, but I didn’t submit until October 5.

As soon as my payment has cleared, I uploaded my scanned documents. The Australian Embassy sets a limit of 30 files for Visitor Visa online applications, and none of the files must be more than 5MB in size. To keep file sizes small, they recommend that you scan your documents at 96 dpi, and to not attach photos in Office document files, as this will increase the file size greatly.

SupportingDocuments

Since I know my documents will have more than 30 pages, I merged and grouped them together. Also, instead of submitting separate photo files, I created a collage on Photoshop and added captions. I saved them as Portable Document Files (optimized), and used a service like PDFMerge.com to merge the PDFs into one file.

Here are the documents that I submitted:

Passport Photo

They did not give any specifications for the photo file, so I just scanned my passport picture at 180 dpi and saved it as JPG.

Cover Letter

I wrote a letter addressed to the consul explaining the purpose of my trip, who will be sponsoring my trip, why I need a multiple entry visa, and the reason why I need to come back to the Philippines. I included the ways in which they can reach me, should they need to get in touch for an interview. I also mentioned that I will be traveling, and the dates when I will be out of the country.

The supporting documents I submitted corroborates the content of my cover letter, which means that I provided proof of the purpose of the trip, proof that my sponsor can afford to shoulder my trip, proof of my relationship with my sponsor, and proof of my activities and relationships in the Philippines.

Certified Identification Documents

This is a requirement of the embassy: a certified or notarized copy of my passport and birth certificate.

Letter of Invitation

In my previous applications, my sister would send me letters via mail, which I include with my documents. Since I am applying online, I told her to just email me, instead of writing a letter, which would have taken weeks.
Get $20 travel credit on Airbnb
In her email, she stated that she wants me to accompany our mother to Melbourne, and that she will provide our tickets, and that we have the option to stay at her house, or my other sister’s house. She also stated she wants us to have a short holiday in New Zealand.

Along with the email, I also included a scan of my mother’s passport and her visa grant letter (she has a 3-year multiple entry Australian tourist visa).

You can save the email as PDF by clicking on Print, and then selecting Save as PDF/Export as PDF in your browser or email client.

Sponsor Documents

Since my sister is my sponsor, I had her send me a copy of her passport bio page, as well as her last four payslips, as evidence that she has the capacity to shoulder the cost of our trip to Melbourne.

Business Registration

Since I am self-employed and have my own business, I included my business registration papers in lieu of a Certificate of Employment.

Income Tax Return

As evidence of my income, I attached my latest Income Tax Return, which was submitted to the BIR last April 2015.

Most Recent Credit Card Statement

I also stated in my application that I will be using my credit card as a way to pay for goods and services while in the country.

Bank Statements

I submitted the Statement of Account for the previous 3-6 months. I did not request for a Bank Certificate anymore.

Family Photos

This was comprised of photos of me and my two sisters when we holidayed together in Tasmania during my previous visit, photos of me with my sisters’ families in Melbourne, photos of me with my family in the Philippines, and photos of me with my friend Khursten when I visited her in Sydney in 2013, and when we traveled to Japan together in 2014.

Travel Plans in 2016

To show that I have strong reasons to come back to the Philippines after my trip to Australia, I included the plane tickets that I have already booked. Since one of my travel plans include accompanying my mother and aunt to their hometown in Sorsogon in 2016, I included a photo collage from our trip last summer with extended family members.

One of my close friends is also getting married next year, so I included a scan of their wedding invitation, photos of me and my close friend during our trip to Japan together last year, and a photo of me together with my friend and her fiancรฉ.

Current Passport Visas and Stamps

Since the application checklist includes evidence of previous travels, I scanned all the entry and exit stamps from my previous travels in my current passport.

Previous Passport Visas and Stamps

My last Australian tourist visa is under my old passport, so I included it as well. My old passport also has my other visas, which includes a used visa for Canada, China, and Schengen, as well as valid multiple entry visas for Japan and the United States. I also included the pages with entry and exit stamps from my trips between 2011 and 2013.

Acknowledgement

I submitted my application in the early morning of October 5. I received an acknowledgement immediately after. On October 6, the Immigration and Visa Office of the Australian Embassy Philippines sent me an email requiring me to fill out a short online questionnaire. The questionnaire is basically the Application Checklist. Luckily, I was still at home when the email came, so I was able to quickly respond to their request.

This is why it’s very important that you type your email address correctly, and why you should always check your email after submitting your application online.

Grant Notification

Almost immediately after I submitted my filled out questionnaire, I left the house to go to the airport. By the following day, I received an email again from the Immigration Office, this time saying that my visa has already been granted.

To summarize my timeline:
September 20 – Created ImmiAccount, started filling out application form
October 1 – Requested statement of account from banks, notarized documents
October 2 – Scanned documents and created PDF
October 5 – Submitted application, paid visa fee, attached supporting documents
October 6 – Submitted Immigration Manila’s online questionnaire
October 7 – Received Visa Grant Notice

I remember back in 2006, when I first applied for an Australian visitor visa, I also submitted around this time of the year, and was granted in just a matter of days — I received notification of my visa grant while on a trip as well! Maybe there’s something about October?

Do you need a sponsor or to have a family in Australia to visit? Absolutely not! Many applicants are just there to tour the country. If you are a tourist, or visiting for a specific purpose (e.g. watching the Australian Open), make sure to include documents pertaining to them (tickets, bookings, etc.) with your application.

This is based on my personal experience in applying for an Australian tourist visa online. I’ve already written down everything I know. Please feel free to share your experiences in the comments. I’ll do my best to answer your questions, but I can’t really answer if your situation is different from mine (e.g. no work, no bank statement, no previous travel, etc.) however, there’s bound to be someone who is in the same boat, who may be able to answer your question. The visa discussions in the comments of this blog can get quite lively.

[EDIT October 22, 2015] Many in the comments both in this post and previous visa posts said that their application, even when lodged online took a month or more to get processed. I got really lucky with my application, and up until now, I don’t know why my application was granted so quickly. Is it because I said I was accompanying my 80-year old mother, because my sister is sponsoring me, because this is my third application, because I provided proof of my plans in 2016, or because I said I was going to watch the Australian Open?

Bear in mind that the Australian Embassy website that average processing time for a tourist visa is one month. To be safe, consider this as a minimum, rather than a maximum, and apply for a tourist visa as soon as you can, instead of waiting for the last minute and fretting over the long processing time as your flight date looms closer.

At the top of my head:

Requirements eh same as partner visa
      Evidence:
Financial aspect: joint accounts, joint ownership of major things like house/car OR liabilities like loans/house bills

      Social context:
Pictures with your family/friends & his family & friends, minimum 2 statdecs from Australian citizens/PR’s about what they know about your relationship, how long they’ve known you & your partner + how regular ung pag meet up nyo with the 2 Aussies

      Nature of commitment:
Compilation of logs of messages/pictures from the duration of your relationship

      Nature of household:
Correspondence addressed to both of you at the same address, living arrangement + pano nyo dinivide ung house chores sa bahay nyo.

        Hi guys help please.

Lodged my tourist visa 14 september then medical was required, so 15 september i did my medical and today 16 september saw my immi and it says “health requirement-health clearance provided-no action required. All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person’s visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the mean time.

DOES THIS MEAN THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY MEDICAL DOCUMENTS/RESULTS? WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

        Thanks evryone xx

Yes, it means they’ve received the results of your medical, now you just have to wait for the result of your visa application.

Yung intent ko daw po na babalik tlaga ko ng pinas after my visa expired, i provided coe and bc ng family ko pero di parin sapat. I applied for 1year of visa cguro dpat 3months lang? Ganon po ba? Nakaka stress

      3. eve Avatar

Hi kris! Next time you apply, maybe on october if you’re still going for 6 months, dont include nlg your COE, kasi wla na syang bearing, minsan kasi matalino tlga ang mga CO. They will think na bakit ka pa magprovide ng coe when you plan to stay in aus for 6 months, ano pang babalikan mo sa pinas na work.. stuff like that.. and if ever gamitin mo pa ung COE, just explain in your cover letter bakit ganun katagal, iassure mo na nay babalikan kang work, you need letter from ur employer OR ur approved leave of absense. And explain din sa cover letter about sa family ties back here. ๐Ÿ™‚

        Keep praying!

Thank you po sa advice ninyo. ๐Ÿ™‚ This is my second time na na refused visa ko. First was august 2014, then today. I will re apply po for 1st of october, considered kaya yun? Knowing na kaka refuse ko lng po today? Thank u. Laging problema lang is yung mga evidence na bbalik po tlga ako ng pinas eh. Or yung mga ties back here

    1. eve Avatar

Just try 3 months next time. And just extend erthing when youre granted. Also include pictures of your family back here.. when u apply next month, gawa ka ng cover letter stating na youve been refused twice and sad sad ka kunyari. Hehe good luck

    2. RM Avatar

Unless you’ve been to non-ASEAN counties or have a job in PH that provides you with salary comparable to salary you’d get in AU then not providing a cover letter/sufficient reason to come home = 99% chance na refused agad.

I’d look at re-evaluating fully next time mag apply ka cause each & every time you get refused gives you a bad name seeing as they keep records of it all.

Also having a relationship in AU & applying for anything more than 3 months while having a job in PH is a big no no BUT not including your COE next time will do more harm than good as I said may record sila ng lahat ng applications, be it refused or granted.

Sa cover letter mo next time you do have to address both reasons why they refused you, address as in disprove their claim politely.

I have a copy of my cover letter on my blog which I think would be helpful.

Kailangan kopa po ba i include yung coe kung 3months nalang i apply ko? Paano ko po ssbhin sa cover letter in a good manner na na refused na ako twice please i really need help

    1. eve Avatar

Yes kris, you have to include ur coe na, with approved leave of absence. ๐Ÿ™‚

    2. RM Avatar

Yes, always provide your COE. Apply for a 3 month visa but in your application say something along the lines of wanting to only stay for 2-3 weeks, kunwari kahit ma grant ka ng specific 2 weeks lang tas with 8503 condition eh once umuwi ka at least may good record ka na sa AU na nag abide ka sa visa conditions mo.

As for referring to your past applications say something along the lines of,

“I would like to touch on the refusal of my past visa applications which identified the reason being (lagay mo ung reason or reasons bakit ka nila ni refuse sa 1st & 2nd application)

I have clearly failed to provide evidence of my genuine interest in touring Australia in the past but would now like to undoubtedly assure you of my intentions to come back to Philippines after visiting your beautiful country, (Ilagay mo dito ung reasons bakit ka babalik) Example: I would never spoil my girlfriend & her father’s reputation & trust by overstaying in Australia. ”

Note: dapat as many reasons as you can think of ang ilagay mo dyan.

    2. RM Avatar

Hello, I’ve read the email na. I will reply here so people can possibly learn ren from your experience with the immigration system.

According dyan sa letter nila, the only reason you were refused was because of the unbelievable length of time na ni-request mo. As in un lang talaga. Hindi daw kapani-paniwala na uuwi ka since kaya mong mag absent ng 12 months sa only source of income mo. Honestly friend, mahirap na ung case mo. Pero pag isipan natin ng todo para magka chance:

For your next application yes ilalagay mo parin ung approved leave make sure na ung document shows kung ilang days ka allowed approved, highlight it to emphasise the days.

Also don’t try to apply for anything more than 2 weeks friend. If I was you, first ire-repeat ko ng ire-repeat na 2 weeks lang ung hinihingi ko & IF you are ever granted kahit up to 3 months – stay for 2 WEEKS kasi napaka negative na ng record mo sa kanila according to your refusal letter.

Before I talk about the cover letter, I have a few questions para maybe we can make up an excuse:
      1. On the 1st application in 2014, did you ask for a 12 month visa too?
      2. In either of your applications mo did you pick single entry or multiple entry ?

mga ilang days ba bago ko pwede ifollow up application ko 2 weeks ba?.. sobra biglaan kasi nagworry lang ako lalo na now may System Maintenance ang site.

        can I email you also?..

    3. RM Avatar

Hi Kris, unfortunately I can’t wrote your cover letter for you. You just have to think of how you’re going to explain why you chose 12 months on both the applications…

Maybe you can say na akala mo by choosing 12 months eh you were choosing a visa that would be valid for 12 months but you were only planning on staying for a few weeks.

Either way, my blog has a cover letter example + that excerpt from my comment before:

โ€œI would like to touch on the refusal of my past visa applications which identified the reason being (lagay mo ung reason or reasons bakit ka nila ni refuse sa 1st & 2nd application)

I have clearly failed to provide evidence of my genuine interest in touring Australia in the past but would now like to undoubtedly assure you of my intentions to come back to Philippines after visiting your beautiful country, (Ilagay mo dito ung reasons bakit ka babalik) Example: I would never spoil my girlfriend & her fatherโ€™s reputation & trust by overstaying in Australia. โ€

These 2 as a guide should be more than enough for you to think of an excuse.

      2. RM Avatar

Dates of application don’t matter especially in your case as long as your next application is massively different from your first two.

As for the reason of refusal, it’s for not meeting the criteria for the grant of a visitor visa.

Kris, buddy, allow me to say this candidly: as the visa applicant, you have to take charge of your application and do your homework (and by that, I don’t mean asking for everything to be handed to you on a platter). Pati ba naman cover letter mo sa iba mo pa ipapagawa?

Good day, I hope I can get responses in this blog. Plan ko po sanang mag-apply nang TV sa Australia . Unemployed po aku ngayun, been to two Southeast Asian countries as tourist last year. Wala po akung negosyo or properties under my name. Ang sponsor ko po is bf ko na never ko pa nameet in person but nameet kuna parents and brother nya nung nagvacation sila Pinas. May aunt, uncle and cousins po aku sa Australia and lahat sila ay Australian citizens and had been living there for more than 30 years.

Hmmm as per experience, skin lng ha…hindi e. i have 2 sisters who are both Aus. Citizen, many many cousins there (first degree) and Aunt too. When i applied as tourist visa, ang cousin ko nagbigay ng support. At nilagay ko Aunt ko and my 2 sisters sa part where it was asked if i have relatives there. Alam mo nilagay sa Refusal letter? halos lahat daw ng kamag-anak ko nandun na at kahit daw me mga anak pako dito hindi sya sapat na dahilan para di magover stay sa Australia.at marami pang sinabi. That was in 2013..i re-applied last June at nilagay ko lng isang sister ko. and i guess a plus chance is because now i have a bf (fiance) who supported me. Na Grant naman ako. So malaki ang chance mo since u have a boyfriend to help you with (all) costs. but he has to prove his financial capacity to support you. Payslip nya (if working), credit card statement, bank statement (pero fiance ko payslip lng pinrovide nya), statutory declaration/invitation letter nya, and other proof of billings, passport biopage nya, drivers licence etc.
Gawa ka rin cover letter mo, explain mo kung bakit ka pupunta doon (icareer mo to kc dpa pala kau ngmeet ng bf mo)at ano mga papasyalan nyo, attach ka rin pics mo with his parents. I hope magrant visa mo. Goodluck!

OZ&Love, u also got to provide proofs of your strong ties here in the philippines, kung wala ka properties ilagay mo lng mga magulang mo and other siblings. just give them enough reason na babalik ka. Also mas maganda siguro kung 1 month or less stay lng ilagay mo.. pag-grant naman usually 3 mos. minimum tsaka knlng magextend kung sakali ha. Good chances din ung me out of the country travels ka.

      Hi OZ&Love,

I also applied for TV sponsored by my bf at d pa kami nagmeet in person din. In your cover letter just mention why you havent meet yet and a little history of your relationship. Include your skype screenshots and any means of communication nyo. In my part, I have included cancelled flight ng bf ko since he planned to visit me before. Hi,

Anyone knows how does VALIDITY OF TOURIST VISA works? If lets say i will be staying in Australia in a week and will be back after 7 or 8 months and will be requesting for multiple entry, should i choose UP TO 3 MONTHS or UP TO 1 YEAR?

    The question in online is:
LENGTH OF STAY IN AUSTRALIA: is it equal to the validity of the VISA?

Im a bit worried if i will choose 1 YR VALIDITY and might be refused due to longer validity of visa requested. Thank you. Hope to be enlighten on this. Thank you… =)

    1. Nina Fuentes Avatar

Lenght of stay pertains to how many days you will stay in Australia. If you are only planning on staying for 8 days, tick the box for 3 months. Tourist visas are usually valid for one year — meaning you have to use your visa within that year, and you can stay for up to 3 month on each entry.

Hi I am also looking at applying a tourist visa via my boyfriend’s invite. This is the same situation I have. I dont know how much money to have in my bank which honestly i have none as of now but I have a regular salary. What are the chances of being granted?

      1. Donna Avatar
        Donna

Hi Patricia ๐Ÿ™‚ Hmm you can provide statement of account 6mos at least. Sa nababasa ko po dito ang importante talaga is yung requirements ng bf mo na magpapatunay that he has the full capacity to support you kasi sponsored ka naman. On your part ang ibongga mo talaga is your strong tie na may babalikan ka dito sa pinas. Pwede kang gumawa ng cover letter. Just submit anything that you think makakatulong. I applied online, honestly, everytime I click and attached something I prayed hard for it. They granted my visa after 24hrs. God is always good! Positive ka lang!!!

      2. camestrada Avatar

        Hi Patricia,

Kung sponsored ang travel to Oz,
di nila masyadong tinitingnan ang capacity ng bank account mo, as long as you provide your bank statement.
Ang importante e ung sa sponsor to provide financially for your stay – dapat may payslip or steady income, bank statement, mag-add sya ng statutory document na he will provide and sponsor your trip. Importante din ang proff of relationship – communication, gifts, socila media common friends, family knowing your relationship etc. and other documents needed.

Sayo nmn, importante na may cover letter ka, IDs, kung may bank account ka, trabaho – COE payslip, and strong ties to go back – yan ung work mo kung meron, family, anak etc.

Cover letter is important kasi, walang interview ang application. Dun mo maexlpain relationship ng bf, reasons of stay at reasons to go back.

I have a blog on my TV application sponsored by my bf.
Ngaun kasal na kami and waiting for partner Visa grant.

After that magstart na kami with his invitation letter and financial documents on his end. 10 days lang naman ako dun as he will come here kasabay ko naman. As per strong ties, 3 years naman na ako sa work and andito naman lahat ng immediate family ko and i have bills to prove naman o wag ng isama yun? Haha. December ang alis ko hopefully. Sa IMMI ka ba nagapply?

Hi Patricia ๐Ÿ™‚ you are welcome. Laking tulong po talaga ang blog na ito. You can include your bills, coe, approved leave of absence. Hi. Just wanted to ask an advice regarding the Tourist Visa. My boyfriend and I are planning to go to Sydney this Nov to celebrate our anniversary. Our tickets are booked and I have a sister living there. I lodged my applicatiom last Aug 18 and was granted a multiple-entry visa. My boyfriend applied just last Sep 26. He moved to a new work last Aug 16 and waited for his COE and payslip to be included in the application. However, he was denied due to his probationary employment that might be a reason for him to stay in AU.

Any tips if he wish to re-apply? Honestly, he doesn’t want to risk applying again but I wanted to. Hehe. Are there any ways or any documents that we can include to show that he will go back in PH? We will only be in AU for 6 days.

it’s ok, you can put that as long as may proof ka na sa PIlipinas kayo ikakasal.
LIke the place/ venue, church. mga signed documents ng reservations etc.
You need to make that clear on the cover letter. If you think you have enough proof on the venue that it is in the Philippines keri lang.

      Question?
Nag meet na kau ng bf mo sa Pinas?

There’s another way na pwede nmn hindi mo sabihin na ikakasal kayo sa Pinas, but just the grounds of visting him in Oz to get to spend time with him.

There are a lot of things you can or you can not include in the application.

Hi guys! I just want to ask if someone experienced granted multiple visa good for one year and apply for extension before the visa expires? In my case nag stay ako sa Australia for 6 months (exit every 3 months), then this January mag expire na yung visa ko and I’m planning to go back to Australia bago mag expires. Can I apply for an extension mga sis? (I don’t have 8503 condition)

    Thanks sa mga sasagot. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Wonderful Avatar
      Wonderful

Hi Em. Just to let you know that you can only stay in Australia up to 12 months, so if ever you already used 6 months of your multiple visa then you’ll be coming back for another 3 months, if ever you’ll be extending, the immigration can still approve your extension but it will be for another 3 months only. 6months + 3 months +3 months extension = 12 months

In that case, I recommend if you have plans in applying for Partner Visa, lodge it before your extension expire.

Hello. i just got my TV refused yesterday. my husband is in australia and now has student visa but working also there. we have a friend who is helping him in his accomodation. we want to spend this christmas holidays therw in melbourne. my husband processed my TV. application.
this is the reason of my refused TV:
Based on information and documents, you have been recently employed as an aesthetic nurse. I have concerns that your employment may not provide sufficient incentive to induce you to return to the Philippines within the validity of your visa. The fact that you are requesting to be absent from your only stated source of income for 1-3 months in order to visit and holiday raises concerns over the amount of weight you place on your responsibilities and commitments in the Philippines and your intended purpose in coming to Australia.
I give little weight to your employment and personal circumstances as evidence that you intend to temporarily stay in Australia as a visitor. Therefore, I find that you do not meet clause 600.211.
    Decision
As clause 600.211 is not met by the applicant, I find the criteria for the grant of a Visitor (Tourist) visa in the Tourist stream are not met by the applicant, and thus the applicant does not meet the criteria for the grant of a Visitor (Tourist) visa. I therefore find the criteria for the grant of a Visitor visa are not met by the applicant.
Therefore, I refuse the application by the applicant for a Visitor visa.

please help me, we will apply again for TV.. one thing we forgot to include in the supporting docs is the leave of absence letter. thank you.

By post kase pinadala ni hubby yung documents niya kaya super delay2 dahil holiday season timing dumating siya ng 23rd ng December last year then long holiday na siya… so na pick up is Jan.4 from Davao then dumating sa Manila by Jan.8 lumabas ang visa ko by 20th of Jan ata.. bday lng nmn niya ung intented na nilagay ko to visit which is 23rd of Jan tapos less than 3 weeks bago napasa kaya 50/50 ako nun sa chance dahil delayed pa.. buti nlng tlga lumabas agad ang result.. no fuss… dahil nka organize nmn din lahat ng documents ko kaya mabilis ma identify then hindi na sila ng request ng other documents diretso email ng grant notice.

hi Bee, is it your first time to apply for TV? on my first application i did submit and was granted single entry, 2nd application wala ako sinabmit and i asked for multiple entry and granted nman. Pero taking risks un if first time. Siguro sis, gandahan mo nlng cover letter mo, and provide strong evidence of ties in the Philippines or proofs na babalik ka. Good luck and God bless!

    Hello everyone here,

I would like to ask for those who already have done a medical examination for those who requested multiple visa entry, I have had read this kind of instruction on my application

    Information provided
“When you have provided the requested documents please click the button below to notify the department.”
    Information provided (click)

should I click this “information provided” once I already got a referral slip for examination or should I clicked this after I’ve got my medical result? I’m a bit confused, any body can relate to this matter? need some help for to follow right instruction. I hope to hear form somebody out here, Thank you and Have a good Day!

Hi sis, that’s only for documents na need nila sayo.
There is a button online which says generate HAP ID. If they havent sent you email about getting a medical after 2 weeks, click that button and email them kung kailan ka pwede magpamedical since 2 weeks na ay wala pa rin update.
      Godbless sis

        Hi Ms. Camestrada,

Salamat, pero actually nakuha ko na ang generated HAP ID, medical referral list nila,, kaya nakapag pa medical na ako last Saturday, so pwede ko ng iclick yong ” provided documentation” ? kasi nakikita ko pa din siya every time mag checked ako sa IMMI.

Hi Dallie, sa multiple visa entry you requested, how many months each stay nilagay mo? 3 months or 6 months stay? coz i have requested before for 3 months each stay lang and i was not required to have a medical examination. also, just read back your posts, u said that your work is home based and no payslip to show since direct deposit sa account mo. and that means wala ka ring Certificate of Employment? I think in your case you really have to prove your strong ties in the Philippines since looks like you dont have a job to go back into unless well explained lhat sa cover letter mo why your asking for multiple entry at lalo na kung 6months stay. its just how you present yourself as they say.

        Hi Me,

Salamat sa inyong reply ni Ms. Camestrada, I think nakapagprovided naman na ako ng mga
supporting docs ng family ties ko dito, like my 3 sons and 2 grandchildren Birth certificate and lots of photos of my family, and also I sent my land title and also sent ng employement contract ko sa homebased, pwede naman akong makapag provide ng coe eh, tsaka isa pa my bf will shoulder all my expenses as we had mentioned in our letter and actually we also provided some of his supporting docs, like coe, payslip, tax declaration, all conversation and photos of us, I think I had given them about 50 supporting docs, I think we had enough of evidence specially from my bf sides, any I got a new update about my medical exam and I think the emedical service had been submitted my medical result, ang iniisip ko ay baka naman, pwede ko ng i click ang ” provided documents” since they already had my medical result, hindi kaya ibigsabihin nito ay continue na ang processing nito?
