Hi..Im filipina and just lodge documents/requirements for prospective marraige visa to Australian embassy last Dec.2011,then received there reply via email last March2012.They want me to renew my NSO and NBI cert,so I did and send.Then they email again and tell me to wait 8weeks.Should I believe this to keep on waiting.Or should me and fiancee well go to Australian embassy,Manila to follow-up in person.How long is the approval of fiancee visa?Thanks for the info.Godspeed….

Hi Angeline, I’m not sure if they allow it, but you can try to bring it in. Just ask someone to accompany you so you can leave it with them if they don’t allow it.

hello ms fay o ms nina .. i just wnt2 be sure nah s this is the right documents..na i submit nto the emabssy.. ito po yung lahat na..requremnts ko poh..

.pics with I and my fiancee together
.1 pasrt size photos
.western union receipt..ym chats..conversation, syaka yung mga card and letter from my fiancee..na ibinigay nya sa akin..
my birthcirtificate
my nso.. k lang po vah 2ung nso..ko di po kasi i2uh galing sa
e-census..balih kinuha ko lang cya..dito?
. family ties.. unemployed po kasi aqo..then di rin nag
nag aaral.. so family ties..ok po vah ito na as a
proof for na i babalik ako sa pinas?…
.letter for my family…
and also a recipt for the payment for the visa..yung fiancee ko po yung nagbabayad…

for my fiancee..
his..pasrt biopage/ birthcirtificate
his.. bank statement
his..water, bill, his drivers licenced,his id oz citezen.
his.invatation letter
his statuary declaration.

sa tingin nyo po ok po vah ang lahat na ito?. uneployed po kasi ako then stop sa study..family ties poh ang merun aqo..tsya indecate naman poh sa fiancee ko sa nvitation letter nya na i’ll back here before visa expires…

do u think s ds is the right docs that i have? or theres more lacking?… .. kailangan po vah na original copy ang lahat na isubmit ko or shal i photocopy? ..

di talaga aqo nagsasawa..bumasa sa lahat na previpus comments sa site na ito.. its really helps a alot…

Hi Ms Nina and Fay, I am legally married to a filipino and hard to get annulment in our country, we been separated for many years and now I have Australian Bf, he want me to apply for a Prospective Marriage visa to Australia? it can be done even if I am married and not yet annul? Please advice what is the best way . He want me to get there very soon. or better to apply for tourist visa first. Please help us. thank you

hello fay,

hmmmmmmmm i had problem about my visa lodgement…my bf send his all papers needed for the visa through EMS phil post last may 14,2012, pero noong tinatanong ko ang phil post when ko mareceive ung doecuments nya sinabi na 1 month pa daw…hindi na poh ako makahintay ng 1 month kasi hindi na ako makahabol sa kasal ng kapatid ng bf ko sa australia…pwde ba isubmit ko kung inemail nya na invitation letter (with signature), passport detail page na may stam and signed ng justice of peace ng queensland, ung bank statement nya na may sign and stamp ng bangko nya sa australia, certification nya na binigay at verified ng employer nya at contact of lease ng bahay nya…please help me Fay…kompleto na kasi ung papers ko ung sa kanya nlng ang hinihintay ko…thanks…ako poh un si shyn sa FB na friend mo…
