There’s no announcement in their website yet, so I was having doubts whether it’s true (though the poster claims he received the announcement via e-mail & sms from Cebu Pacific).

In another forum, I found out that it is true.

(2ND UPDATE) CEBU Pacific Air Inc, the airline unit of JG Summit Holdings Inc, said it will resume daily flights between Manila and Singapore starting August 31 after a three-year suspension.

Cebu Pacific said in a statement it will be the first international airline to use Singapore’s new Budget Terminal.

“CEB will be the first international airline to operate from the new Budget Terminal and will be using its brand new Airbus aircraft for the Singapore-Manila service. The flight leaves Manila at 8:30 pm, arriving in Singapore at 11:55 pm and leaves Singapore at 12:40 am the following day to arrive back in Manila at 4:05 am.”

Yay for more options!
