I think some people actually stick to airlines because of the mileage, whether they like the service or not. I think it helps. My family has already traveled several times because of accumulated miles. =D Freeeee. But one downside is that those airline folks don’t prioritize you. One time, my family and I were traveling and my mom still didn’t have a ticket until the last minute (we were in the airport already and all). Scary. But still. It’s free! =D
