In reply to rowena. Yup, it is possible naman. From Cubao or Pasay, ride a bus headed to Nasugbu that will pass by Tagaytay. From there, you van ride jeepneys to go around :)

Hi! I’m from Dumaguete City and would really like to go to Tagaytay. Pwede mag-bus; Although, you have mentioned na mahirap if walang sariling sasakyan – but it can still be done right? =)
