Macanese cuisine is the fusion of Chinese and Portuguese cuisine. The most memorable Macanese dish we had was this oh so yummy fried rice. It’s like your typical yang chow fried rice but made with Portuguese ingredients. SO GOOD.

LOL. (I’m like ‘Nina’ went to Vegas & didn’t CALL me?!?)

How was the Macanese cuisine? (Sounds yummy, btw.) 🙂
