Hi Jay, you can have your Canadian visa processed through an agency or do it on your own. I can’t really write a guide about how to get one as our visa application was handled by PAL. We weren’t required to go to the embassy for an interview. Check the Canadian Immigration website for the documents and the process: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/index.aspx
