One of my favorite episodes in Miranda is “Holiday,” where, when goaded by her friends and family about not being cool and wild, impulsively declared that she’s going on a weekend getaway to Thailand. When she gets home though, instead of booking a flight, she booked a room at the hotel right around the corner.
