Airport officials have allowed Philippine Airlines, the country’s flag carrier, to cater to international and domestic passengers at the mothballed Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)-Terminal 3.<\/p>\n

Philippine Airlines (PAL), owned by Chinese-Filipino tycoon Lucio Tan, exclusively operates the NAIA Terminal 2.<\/p>\n

Alfonso Cusi, general manager of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), told dzBB
\nradio that the government only has the best interest of air commuters in mind.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
