Travel Registry

Last year, I dreaded turning 30. Like most drama queens, I believed that life goes downhill once you turn 30. I couldn’t be more wrong. At 30, I’ve managed to achieve and do things I never thought possible. As a last hurrah before I turn 31 on November 28, I am finally going out of Asia again and into Africa: Morocco!

Morocco, baby!
Cute no? Cla made that! Contact her for your design and illustration needs 😀

With my friend Cla, we’ll be going around this exotic country starting at Casablanca. We’ll make our way to Meknes to explore the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the Muslim pilgrimage site of Moulay Idriss; to the lovely blue town of Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains, down to the vibrant city of Fes, onwards to the sand dunes of Merzouga, to the fortified city of Aït Benhaddou and finally, to the cosmopolitan city of Marrakech.

Help make this birthday even more special by contributing to my Morocco travel fund! Don’t worry, my ticket has already been paid for, and I promise I won’t be asking for anything too extravagant (just a tad). You can buy me a kebab or a night in a riad; any kind of help is welcomed. Think of it as an advanced birthday or Christmas gift 😉

I’m throwing in some goodies for certain items. Also, you can also dare me to do something in exchange. Nothing illegal or anything that goes against Moroccan customs though! If you have requests from Morocco as well, I’ll be glad to accommodate them (e.g. sand from the Sahara, leather goods from Fes, etc. Just no carpets.).

Payment will be through Paypal (in Philippine Peso), but I can also accept payments through bank deposit (BDO and BPI) or cold, hard cash (slap me in the face with moneeeeh). Items are listed per piece, though you can change the quantity when you add the item to your cart.

I’d be eternally grateful to whatever help you can give 😀

  1. […] Another birthday has come and gone. I celebrated it by staying at home all day, since I’ve been traveling on and off since October. There wasn’t much fuss about the day itself because I felt I already celebrated it in Morocco. You see, before I left, I asked my friends and family to give their birthday (slash-Christmas) gifts early through a travel registry. Just Wandering’s Travel Registry […]
